I build the Russian site under your agency's name. The client communicates with you; I do not contact the client unless you ask.
Technical subcontract
You design, I implement: front-end and back-end, catalogue, forms, integrations, deployment.
Russian-market review
Check of a site you have built: language, Yandex setup, hosting availability and forms, with a list of fixes.

Terms
- Non-disclosure agreement before any client data is shared
- Code and accesses are transferred to you or your client
- Fixed price per stage, agreed before work starts
- Communication in English or Russian; written Chinese is welcome
