Specification
Services
Every service is described the same way: the problem, the scope, what you receive and what is needed from you. Prices are fixed per stage after the brief — they depend on the number of products, languages of source materials and integrations.
Russian-market website
Problem
Marketplace listings and distributor pages do not belong to you, and a translated page on the global site is rarely found by Russian buyers. A separate site gives you your own channel for requests.
Scope
- Corporate website or industrial B2B catalogue
- Russian copy adapted for engineers and procurement
- .ru domain where registration requirements can be met
- Hosting reachable from Russia and from China
- Yandex Metrica and Yandex Webmaster
- Basic technical SEO: structure, metadata, sitemap, speed
- Quote-request forms delivered to your email
You receive
- Published website and source code
- Access to hosting, domain and analytics in your name
- Short guide for editing content
Needed from you
- Product list and specifications (Excel, PDF or existing site)
- Logo, photos or drawings you have the rights to
- Who answers requests from Russia and how
Localization and modernization
Problem
Rebuilding from scratch is not always necessary. Often the content is right but the language, navigation and technical setup stop Russian visitors.
Scope
- Review of the current Russian version with a list of remarks
- Correction of localization errors and terminology
- Improved structure and design of key pages
- Catalogue modernization: specifications as text and filters
- Performance and mobile usability fixes
- Connection of Russian services: Yandex Metrica, Webmaster, forms
You receive
- Written review with priorities
- Corrected pages and catalogue
- Before / after measurements of speed
Needed from you
- Access to the current site or its source code
- Contact person for product questions
B2B platforms and automation
Problem
Industrial buyers search by article numbers and parameters and usually request several items at once. The catalogue should accept such requests in a form your managers can process.
Scope
- Online catalogue of industrial products
- Search by article, characteristics and ranges
- Request for quotation (RFQ) with several items and quantities
- Integration with your CRM or email workflow
- Automatic processing and routing of requests
- Custom web applications for dealers and partners
You receive
- Working catalogue with administration
- Import of your product data
- Documentation of integrations
Needed from you
- Product database or price lists
- Description of how requests are processed today
AI integration
Problem
AI is an addition, not the starting point. It is useful when you already have documentation and a flow of repeated questions.
Scope
- Product consultant on the website
- Search over technical documentation (RAG)
- Intelligent product search by description
- LLM-assisted sorting and drafting of replies to requests
- API integrations and process automation
You receive
- Assistant connected to your documents
- Quality check on real questions
- Settings for limits and data handling
Needed from you
- Documentation: manuals, datasheets, FAQ
- Examples of real customer questions

Questions
Do we need a Russian company to have a Russian website?
Not for the website itself. Domain registration and hosting can be arranged for a foreign company; registrar requirements change, so they are checked at the start of each project. Sales, contracts and certification in Russia are separate legal questions — consult a lawyer.
Will the site open in China as well?
Yes. The site does not depend on Google Fonts or other services that may be unavailable in mainland China. Availability from both countries is checked before publication.
Who writes the Russian texts?
I do, as a native Russian speaker. Technical terms are agreed with your engineers. Machine translation can serve as a draft, but every page is edited by hand.
Can you guarantee positions in Yandex?
No, and nobody honestly can. I set up the technical foundation — structure, metadata, speed, Yandex Webmaster — so that search engines can index the site correctly.
How do we communicate?
Email or WeChat for daily questions and video calls at key stages. After each call you receive a written summary with decisions and next steps.
What happens after launch?
You own the code, domain, hosting and analytics accounts. Support is optional: updates, new products and improvements by agreement.
